Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
The Hospice RN provides skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients and their families in homes, facilities, or inpatient settings. The RN coordinates all aspects of care, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• • Administer medications and treatments for pain and symptom management.
