Hospice – Patient Care Manager (RN)

Our client is a growing Healthcare organization based in Peachtree Corners, GA that offers its employees a great work/life balance, top-rated management, and a low turnover rate.

The Position: We’re actively looking for a Patient Care Manager (RN). The pay range our client is offering is $100,000-$110,000 Salary.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in this state who has at least three (3) years Hospice experience.
  • Clinical Management Experience
  • Must have current Basic Life Support Certification
  • Must have reliable transportation and maintain a current driver license in the state and maintain automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Monday – Friday (8:00 to 5:00)
  • In Office Position
  • Administrative On-Call – 1:3 weeks
  • Willing to help when needed and travel in the field when necessary
  • Supervises and direct all clinical services in the absences of the Clinical Director
  • Partners with the other Patient Care Manager to ensure staff is prepared for state survey, instructing staff on matters of conduct and disclosure, being interviewed by surveyors, immediate plan of corrections of problems noted by surveyors.
