Hospice Patient Care Manager (RN)
Peachtree Corners, Georgia

We’re hiring a Hospice Patient Care Manager (RN) in Peachtree Corners, Georgia who wants leadership responsibility, career stability, and the opportunity to guide a high-performing hospice team while making a meaningful impact on patients and families.

You’ll step into an in-office clinical leadership role focused on managing interdisciplinary hospice services, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with hospice regulations. You’ll have the autonomy to lead while being supported by an experienced care team.
