Job description

Swan Hospice is seeking a reliable and organized DME & Medical Supplies Coordinator to manage ordering and tracking of durable medical equipment (DME) and hospice-related supplies for our patients. This role works closely with nurses, vendors, and office staff to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Process DME and supply orders from clinical staff

  • Coordinate equipment delivery, exchanges, and pickups

  • Communicate with approved vendors

  • Track supply inventory and maintain stock levels

  • Ensure proper documentation in EMR

  • Monitor equipment costs and report concerns

  • Assist with general office support as needed
