 Job Description: 
PIRTEK is looking to hire a Hose Installation Mechanic to service, assemble and install hoses for a diverse customer’s base such as manufacturing, construction, rental companies etc. We are looking for applicants with strong customer service mindset, outstanding hands on mechanical experience and excellent communication skills. If you have strong mechanical inclination, enjoy meeting and working with customers, PIRTEK offers an excellent career opportunity to do what you enjoy and be your best.   
As a PIRTEK Hose Installation Mechanic, you will be operating out of a purpose-built mobile hose workshop/van and be carrying out service calls in the local area. This provides the opportunity to develop relationships with new and existing customers.  
Successful candidates will be fully trained to operate a purpose-built PIRTEK service van fitted with specialized equipment designed to fabricate flexible hose assemblies on site.  
Responsibilities: 
  • Service, assemble and install hoses for a diverse customer’s base
  • Carry out service calls in the local area (Auburn Hills and vicinity)
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers 
  • Develop new business & relationship with new customers
 
Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Mechanically Inclined; Must have hands on experiences in auto repair, off-road vehicle repair or machinery repair 
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Positive attitude & Self-motivated
  • Sound organization and planning skills
  • Clean driving record
