JOB SUMMARY

Prepares and cooks food for multi-unit operation following all established standards. Ensures quality food service, presentation and taste is always provided. Must be highly motivated and detailed orientated with a passion to deliver best in class food.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares food in a timely fashion that is to the specifications of the recipe, including being aware of allergen information, using proper knife skills, and ensuring the quality of food meets Universal standards.
  • Follows proper State of Nevada HACCP program and ServSafe certification and procedures, along with properly using the portion control tools and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Performs daily operating procedures which include closing/opening, stocking, and helping unload deliveries.
  • Partners closely with other Team Members in a fast-paced kitchen environment, along with providing excellent guest service in moments of guest interaction.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Possession of SNHD Health card and any other required certifications or licenses.

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year of Line Cook experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
