The Job
The Account Director is responsible for overseeing the health and growth of key client relationships while ensuring high-quality work is delivered across all initiatives. They play a key role in achieving client brand objectives, supporting strategy development, and managing cross-functional teams to drive success. The Account Director brings strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and reports to the Group Account Director or SVP of Client Services (TBD).

Client & Relationship Management
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with day-to-day and senior-level clients by deeply understanding their business needs
• Maintain consistent client satisfaction and contribute to organic account growth
• Help define client expectations and align deliverables with business objectives
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing changing priorities and deadlines
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
• Support the identification of opportunities for organic growth and prepare proposals for incremental work
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow
• Escalate issues to leadership when appropriate, offering potential solutions
Account & Project Management
• Oversee the daily management and execution of client work, ensuring quality and strategic alignment
• Translate client goals into actionable plans and guide teams in delivering those plans
• Monitor project timelines, scopes, and budgets, keeping work on track and within scope
• Partner with strategic leads to shape client presentations and deliverables
• Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot challenges and drive forward momentum
• Contribute to annual planning and forecasting efforts for client accounts
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Supervise junior team members (e.g., Account Managers, Account Executives) and help guide their development
• Provide ongoing feedback and mentorship to support team growth
• Encourage a collaborative, inclusive, and productive team environment
• Delegate responsibilities effectively while ensuring overall quality and accuracy
• Partner with cross-functional leads across strategy, creative, media, and analytics
Professional Development
• Stay informed on industry trends, client categories, and marketing innovations
• Participate in agency learning opportunities and share learnings with peers and team
• Contribute to agency culture and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to the table

Salary Range: $2,884.61 to $3,750.00 a week. A successful applicant's actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
