Now Hiring: Sanitation Specialist/Janitor

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and other facility spaces.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
  • Follow proper cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning up for events and activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
  • Previous janitorial/custodian experience and cleaning service experience are preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
