Location:Horizon Prescott Valley, AZ - H161; 6300 East State Route 69, Prescott, Arizona - 86314.
Pay: $18-$22+/hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses in the summer.

Work Hours: Monday Friday 7:30am-4pm

What to Expect?

The Warehouse Associate supports the team and our customers by accurately and safely receiving/pulling orders in a fast-paced environment.Our Backup Drivers will fill in as neededmakingsafe, complete,accurateand on-time deliveries to customers whilecomplying withDepartmentof Transportation (DOT) and other applicable regulations.

On a daily basisour Warehouse Associate:

  • Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.

  • Assistsin loading the delivery truck.

  • Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintainsinventory through audits.

  • Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellowworkersand customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.

  • Operates a forklift safely and efficiently,maintainsrequired certification, performs vehicle safetychecksand reports discrepancies to supervisor.

  • Assistsin keeping facility clean, neat,safeand operating efficiently.

  • Other duties as assigned.

On an as neededbasis ourbackupdrivers:

  • Make deliveries using the most effective route to ensure orders are delivered on time.

  • Load and unload the vehicle, ensuring that all products are properly secured, and hazardous material is separated appropriately.

  • Collect payments andaccuratelydocument delivery.

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR)).

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and inform supervisor of any maintenance needed.

  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentableon a daily basis.

  • Increase job and product knowledge on an ongoing basis.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • To be at least 21 years old.

  • A validdriver'slicense(Commercial Driver's License,CDL, ifapplicable), preferably with HAZMAT endorsement.

  • A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP)indicatingno more than 2 combined violations or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Ability to maneuver heavy objects, someweighing up to 100 pounds.

  • Prior forklift experience.

  • Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.

  • Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.
