Carpenter — New Horizon Construction


New Horizon Construction is looking for a dependable and hardworking Carpenter to join our team in Walker County, Alabama.


Position: Carpenter


Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Walker County, Alabama

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hours: Hours vary depending on the job. Start and end times may vary based on project requirements.


Job Responsibilities


• Assist with residential and general construction projects

• Perform carpentry, handyman, and repair work

• Assist with framing, trim, installation, and other carpentry tasks

• Use hand and power tools safely and properly

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team

• Perform other construction-related duties as needed


Requirements


• Previous carpentry, construction, or handyman experience required

• Must have basic hand tools

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Must be available Monday–Friday

• Ability to perform physical labor and work on construction job sites

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

• Must take pride in quality workmanship
