• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health conditions, formulating personalized treatment plans based on their individual needs.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, ensuring careful consideration of each client’s specific circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, consistently track their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to enhance their journey toward recovery.
• Utilize secure telehealth technology to offer accessible mental health services, catering to clients with mobility challenges or those who prefer remote sessions.
• Document clients’ progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately and promptly, complying with all ethical and regulatory standards to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Engage proactively in professional development through training, peer discussions, and workshops, keeping up to date with the latest techniques and interventions in the mental health field.

Our diverse clientele includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work primarily with adult clients, utilizing tailored strategies to help them navigate their personal struggles and enhance their mental resilience. • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster a supportive therapeutic environment, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and rapport-building with clients.
• Ability to maintain effective organizational systems for managing caseloads, documentation, and administrative tasks while prioritizing client care.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in telehealth modalities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and familiarity with trauma-informed care.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competencies in providing mental health support.
