Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health conditions, formulating personalized treatment plans based on their individual needs.
  • Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, ensuring careful consideration of each client’s specific circumstances.
  • Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, consistently track their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to enhance their journey toward recovery.
  • Utilize secure telehealth technology to offer accessible mental health services, catering to clients with mobility challenges or those who prefer remote sessions.
  • Document clients’ progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately and promptly, complying with all ethical and regulatory standards to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Engage proactively in professional development through training, peer discussions, and workshops, keeping up to date with the latest techniques and interventions in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
