About Us

Family Hope Healthcare LLC is a growing outpatient mental health practice providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management through telehealth across Tennessee. We partner with therapists, primary care providers, and community organizations to deliver high-quality, accessible mental health care with no waitlist.

We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator to support our Nashville operations and help grow our referral network.


Position Overview

This is a hybrid role combining front desk operations (50%) and marketing/outreach (50%). The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable communicating with patients and providers, and motivated to help grow a healthcare practice.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk / Administrative (Morning Focus)

  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and inquiries
  • Schedule new patient intakes and follow-up appointments
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and manage cancellations
  • Conduct basic insurance verification
  • Follow up with missed appointments (no-shows)
  • Maintain accurate scheduling in the system

Marketing & Outreach (Afternoon Focus)

  • Follow up with new leads from website, phone, and social media
  • Conduct outreach to therapists, primary care offices, and community partners
  • Send referral information via email/fax
  • Track referral sources and outreach activity in internal systems
  • Support local networking and community engagement efforts

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare front desk, medical office, or administrative role preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting outreach
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of insurance verification is a plus
  • Experience with EHR systems is a plus

Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • MondayFriday
  • Split schedule:
    • Morning: Front desk operations
    • Afternoon: Marketing/outreach

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay ($17$21/hour based on experience)
  • Performance-based incentives available (based on appointments scheduled and outreach success)
