Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Utilize therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver cohesive and integrated mental health care.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care and foster professional development.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and clinical advancements in the mental health arena to ensure the adoption of best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our team serves a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to develop effective treatment approaches tailored to individual clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits
