This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary between USD 90,000 and 104,000, along with a significant sign-on bonus.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues, such as anxiety, mild depression, and stress-related challenges. You will engage with clients who are motivated to improve and progress in their mental health journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A fully accredited license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • No limitations on your license or past disciplinary actions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a sympathetic and empathetic approach.
  • Strong proficiency in technology and computer systems.
Preferred Experience

While a strong foundation in theoretical knowledge is essential, prior experience providing telehealth services and using counseling software is highly desirable. Familiarity with diverse treatment modalities and proficiency in managing client relationships effectively will set you apart.
