Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated BDC Agent to join our Internet Department. Job Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to internet, phone, and text inquiries from potential customers.

* Follow up with customers to schedule showroom appointments and confirm visits.

* Maintain accurate customer data and notes in CRM.

* Utilize dealership scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.

* Work closely with the management to hand off qualified leads and maximize appointment show rates.

* Conduct follow-up with existing customers for retention, satisfaction, and referral opportunities.

* Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership’s brand professionally.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in automotive BDC, customer service, call center, or sales preferred but not required.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Confident and professional phone presence.

* Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
