This position will adhere to and promote the Company mission while operating within the confines of the Company's core values and contributing to the success of their functional team. Experience and Skills RESPONSIBILITIES Serving customers and build a loyal customer base.

Listen to each customer in order to understand their needs, concerns, problems and develop solutions best for their situation and vehicle Serve as liaison between technicians and customers Educate customers on all of the services and products available Enter all customer data into the work orders and customer files accurately and completely. Communicate regularly with all customers throughout their time at the store to ensure they are made aware of the progress and status of their order Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma, GED or equivalent One year or more years of sales experience, automotive services related sales a plus.
