Duties and Responsibilities


  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through online leads.
  • Help customers select lift kits, wheels, tires, suspension upgrades, truck accessories, off-road products, and related services.
  • Assist customers with maintenance and repair recommendations based on their vehicle needs and goals.
  • Build estimates and clearly explain pricing, parts, labor, timelines, and available options.
  • Follow up with leads, quotes, declined services, and pending customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Schedule installations, maintenance, and repair appointments.
  • Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure jobs move efficiently through the shop.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the service process.
  • Ensure all required documentation, approvals, waivers, and customer authorizations are completed accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Keep the showroom, sales counter, and customer areas clean, organized, and professional.
  • Stay informed on current products, services, industry trends, and vehicle applications.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications


  • Experience in automotive service, truck accessories, parts sales, powersports, repair shops, dealerships, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Genuine interest in trucks, lift kits, wheels, tires, accessories, maintenance, and repair.
  • Professional attitude when working with customers, technicians, vendors, and fellow team members.
  • Strong phone skills, including the ability to follow a proven call process, gather customer information, ask qualifying questions, and build value before discussing pricing or scheduling.
  • Confidence explaining pricing, timelines, recommendations, and next steps in a way customers can easily understand.
  • Excellent follow-up habits and the discipline to ensure customers, quotes, and jobs do not fall through the cracks.
  • Ability to build trust, create repeat business, and generate customer referrals.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn estimating, scheduling, invoicing, and customer management systems.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to follow proven processes.
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Accessory Sales Consultant, Counterperson, or similar role is a plus.


License/Certification


  • Valid Driver's License
