Late Shift Technician Apprentice - Keeler Honda
Tech Hours: M-F 12pm-9pm (every third Saturday 10am-4pm)
Base Pay (before bonuses): $18.00 - $27.00 per hour (Based on experience, mechanical aptitude, and proficiency)
Keeler Honda is expanding our service team following the opening of our all-new 58,000 sq/ft facility!
We are seeking entry-level and apprentice technicians looking to start or grow their automotive careers in a structured, supportive dealership environment. Your own tools are NOT required - we provide a mechanic roll cart stocked with all necessary tools. All applicants must have a valid driver's license. NYS Inspector's License preferred but not required. We will pay for your NYS Inspector Certification after the mandated probation period.
What You'll Be Doing:
This role will focus on Internal Repairs, including:
  • New Car Prep
  • Used Car Reconditioning
  • Sold Vehicle Preparation
  • Accessory Installation

You will work alongside experienced technicians while building foundational skills. Once comfortable, you'll be paired with a senior tech for additional hands-on training in Main Shop repair and diagnostic work.
This is a true apprenticeship-style opportunity with room to grow. "Automotive Professional" is the only requirement we have for the four individuals we are looking to add. Experience and skill are ideal, but we will train and support those with a professional attitude.
