Job description

Forklift Operator / Material Handler - Day Shift
Canby, OR | Full-Time | Union Position
Earn up to $24.72/hour within your first year, plus bonuses, overtime opportunities, and weekly pay.
Pay Progression including wage progression and shift differential:
• $21.50/hour starting rate
• $22.52/hour after 90 days
• $23.17/hour following the February 2027 contract increase
• $24.72/hour after 1 year
• Opportunity to earn additional incentive pay in this role
Additional Earnings:
• Overtime opportunities
• Quarterly bonus up to 4%
• $750 February 2027 retention bonus

Schedule:
7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday, must be available to work daily overtime and weekends as needed.
What You'll Do:
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts
• Move and stage materials for production lines and from production lines to warehouse storage racks
• Maintain schedule and inventory accuracy
• Support production and boosting operations
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and production standards
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Basic computer, reading, writing and math skills
• Ability to work daily overtime up to 12 hours and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in an industrial environment
• Ability to wear required PPE
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical, drug screen, and employment eligibility verification
