We are hiring experienced, proven sales professionals with at least one year of sales experience and a strong record of top performance. This is an opportunity to work at a high-volume dealership with a positive culture where managers are promoted from within. Our store values employee retention and provides a supportive environment for long-term career growth. Sales Associates enjoy a consistent schedule with two days off in a row and no bell-to-bell shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Pay: This commission-based position starts at 10% commission on front and back end. Expected monthly compensation of $10,000-$15,000 per month for top 1/3 of sales performers.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize work-life balance with industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell/lease and deliver a minimum of 10 units per month.
  • Approach, greet, and assist customers in the showroom or on the lot.
  • Present and explain product features, benefits, and performance.
  • Offer and facilitate test drives, following dealership procedures.
  • Utilize the dealership’s sales control and follow-up system.
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing retail automobile sales.
  • Participate in product and sales training.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a proven record of high performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales ability with closing and relationship-building skills.
  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to use dealership software.
  • Clean driving record, insurable with company insurance.
