Karl Malone Auto Group is looking for an organized, detail-driven professional to join our team as an Internet/Media Inventory & Merchandising Coordinator. This is a key role responsible for ensuring our online inventory is professionally presented, accurately advertised, and market-ready while helping deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first online impression through post-sale follow-up.

What You'll DoInternet & Media Inventory Management
  • Review dealership websites daily to ensure every vehicle has professional photos, accurate pricing, complete descriptions, and correct specifications.
  • Identify units missing photos, branded photo frames, or incorrect vehicle information.
  • Photograph vehicles to dealership standards using professional composition and lighting.
  • Coordinate with lot attendants to wash, stage, and position vehicles for photography.
  • Verify every vehicle is catalog-matched with the correct year, make, model, trim, color, options, and accessories.
  • Ensure every vehicle is represented professionally across all online platforms.
Warranty Registration
  • Complete all manufacturer warranty registrations accurately and promptly.
  • Apply the correct manufacturer incentive and promotional programs.
  • Maintain organized records with 100% accuracy.
Customer Care
  • Contact every customer after delivery to ensure they had an exceptional buying experience.
  • Communicate customer concerns to dealership management immediately.
  • Educate customers on manufacturer satisfaction surveys and encourage participation.
  • Help improve dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores through outstanding follow-up.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist with dealership marketing initiatives and social media content.
  • Support inventory merchandising and advertising efforts.
  • Complete special projects assigned by dealership leadership.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate is:

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using cameras, computers, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors while moving around dealership inventory.
  • Experience with dealership inventory systems, DMS software, manufacturer websites, or digital marketing is preferred but not required.
