Your primary responsibility is to engage with inbound and outbound leads, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless and professional experience for every customer. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, organized, and have strong communication skills. What You’ll Do Handle inbound calls, emails, and internet leads Schedule and confirm sales appointments Follow up with unsold and previous customers Keep CRM records accurate and organized Collaborate with sales to ensure appointment success
