About Madison Honda Madison Honda is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our dealership and body shop team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with potential for professional growth and career advancement. Job Details Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 Work Hours This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays, to support the body shop and parts department needs. Responsibilities Order, receive, and accurately bill all parts Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory Assist technicians with parts needs and answer phone inquiries Handle pick-up and delivery of parts as required Provide excellent customer service at all times Perform other duties as assigned by management Why Join Madison Honda? Job Requirements:
Qualifications Experience with body shop parts is required Proficiency with CCC software is necessary Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (Ignite) preferred; training available for qualified candidates Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player One to two years of automotive parts experience in a retail or dealership setting Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems High School Diploma or GED required Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays Valid driver’s license with a clean or near-clean driving record
