Location: Libertyville, IL
Honda of Libertyville is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associates to join our dynamic sales team. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, providing exceptional service, and helping them find the perfect Honda vehicle to meet their needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and listen to their vehicle preferences and requirements.
Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by showcasing Honda models and explaining features, benefits, and available options.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance, safety features, and technology to customers.
Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and incentives, and assist customers with the purchase or lease process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with sales managers and finance team members to complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Stay updated on Honda products, features, and promotions to effectively promote and sell vehicles.
 
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to speak/comprehend Polish, Russian, Spanish, or Ukranian a plus!!
