Homeschool Enrichment Program Director

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Homeschool Enrichment Program Director to lead and enhance our innovative homeschooling initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape personalized learning experiences that foster academic excellence, creativity, and social-emotional growth for diverse student populations. Responsibilities

  • Foster open communication with children, families, staff members, and community partners.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards across all program activities.
  • Oversee child-lead how to workshop activities.
  • Actively participate in PE style games and activities as well as planning fun and engaging activities for the kiddos.

Experience

  • Proven experience overseeing children in a group setting, including experience working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and maintaining a fun and safe place for our kiddos.
  • Familiarity with homeschool education a plus, but not required.
  • CPR Training is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, families, staff members, and community partners.
