Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of an energetic leader for our part-time Homeschool PE Coach role. If you enjoy working with children and have a passion for sports, fitness, or just staying active, then this position is for you!

Requirements:


What you'll do:

  • Lead groups of children through various physical fitness games, activities, and sports during our Homeschool PE and enrichment programs
  • Follow provided curriculum plans to ensure Homeschool PE & enrichment programming is meeting appropriate developmental milestones for all participants
  • Ensure activities are high energy, fun, safe, and create a positive overall experience for participants and parents
  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of equipment and props used during programming
  • Maintain consistent, professional, and respectful communication with program participants, parents/guardians, and HCI staff
  • Adhere to safety standards and rules while providing appropriate supervision for participants
  • Demonstrate good judgment, alertness, and self-control in the presence of children and when performing assigned responsibilities
  • Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for physical activity among students

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Must be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the school year for Homeschool PE & enrichment programs. Shifts are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:30 am - 1:15 pm and Wednesdays from 11:30 am - 2:15 pm)
