What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
  • Availability: Must be able to work onsite during business hours, including weekends.
  • Experience: Proven success in new home sales or a high-performance, customer-facing sales environment. 4+ years of professional experience preferred.
  • Skills: Effective communication, strategic thinking, time management, and problem-solving.
  • Leadership Potential: Strong interest in mentorship and coaching, with the drive to continue growing into a Sales Manager position through strong performance, leadership presence, and measurable business results.
  • Tech Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, including CRM tools, Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Education/License: A real estate license is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current liability insurance. A background check will be conducted.
