About the Role

Insulation Commandos of Grand Rapids is looking for a reliable, hard-working Installer to join our field team. This is a hands-on role focused on quality workmanship, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work under an experienced Crew Chief, performing insulation installations in residential and light commercial homes. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and want to grow with a company that values its people, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Job Execution

• Perform high-quality insulation installation following company standards

• Assist with job setup, installation, and cleanup

• Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Follow job plans and direction from the Crew Chief

Teamwork

• Work closely with the Crew Chief and other installers

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude on job sites

• Support teammates to complete jobs safely and on time

Equipment & Materials

• Load and unload tools and materials

• Handle equipment responsibly and report issues promptly

Customer Interaction

• Represent the company professionally at all times

• Help create a positive customer experience through quality work

Safety

• Follow all safety procedures and job-site protocols

• Properly use PPE at all times

• Communicate any safety concerns immediately
