Job description

Are you looking to kickstart your career in the plumbing industry? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Plumbing Safety Inspection Trainees. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on, experience, and build a rewarding career in a high-demand trade. Additionally, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop your sales skills and product knowledge. 

Training Start Date: August 3rd 2026

During training hourly - After training hourly + commission 

What You'll Do
  • Spend most of your day in the field-independent, trusted, and on the move
  • Perform in-depth plumbing safety inspections (after training!) in and around customer homes
  • Help identify system concerns and explain solutions to homeowners
  • Complete Level 1-3 plumbing services and repairs once trained
  • Communicate findings clearly through written reports and customer conversations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety, and customer service
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and skill development
  • Collaborate with managers to achieve performance goals and KPIs
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked company vehicle

Qualifications
  • No prior plumbing experience required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to learn technical concepts through hands-on and classroom training
  • Clear communication skills, verbal and written
  • Valid driver's license 
  • Mechanically Inclined 
  • Self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility
