Electrical Installer

Bumble Bee Home Services is continuing to grow and is looking for a skilled Electrical Installer to join our established electrical team. Known across the Valley for quality workmanship in HVAC, Plumbing, Drains, and Electrical, we deliver safe, reliable solutions to residential and light commercial customers every day.

Position Overview

As an Electrical Installer, you'll be responsible for installing, upgrading, and servicing electrical systems with precision, safety, and professionalism. You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople and be supported by a company that prioritizes training, teamwork, and long-term career growth.

What You'll Be DoingElectrical Installation & Service
  • Install wiring, outlets, switches, panels, and lighting fixtures according to code.
  • Complete electrical upgrades, remodels, and new installations for residential and light commercial customers.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and determine proper repair or replacement solutions.
     
Safety & Quality
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company safety standards.
  • Properly use meters, testing equipment, and tools.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
     
Customer & Team Collaboration
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explaining findings and available options.
  • Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams on cross-trade projects.
  • Complete all required documentation including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory tracking.
     
What We're Looking ForExperience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of electrical installation experience (residential preferred). 
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards.
  • Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Electrical license or Arizona apprentice registration a plus.
     
Skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must supply basic hand tools (specialty tools provided).
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
