Expected hourly range of $44.86 to $54.82, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). In addition to your hourly wage, this role has additional earning potential through voluntary overtime and task work opportunities dependent on business need. 

Primary Purpose of Position

Performs a wide range of HVAC/Refrigeration services for Commercial customers and promotes the sale of all other services offered by Constellation to customers.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, including advanced air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform comprehensive maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications, to determine the layout and installation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed service reports and inventory management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide high-quality service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair
  • State Journeyman HVAC license
  • EPA certification for handling refrigerants
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of HVAC refrigeration systems, including electrical and mechanical components
  • Demonstrated excellent critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor others
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in team environments
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of a technical school or apprenticeship program
  • Valid gas fitter's license
