Job description

A successfulProduct Designer, Giftware & Home Decor (Non-Digital)rolebuildskeylinesthroughinnovativedesign,targeteddevelopment,andstrongleadership.Theyareresponsibleforthedevelopmentofproductfromideationandconceptrenderingtoprototypeandmassproduction.Thisindividualisproactive,level-headed,highlyorganized,canworkcollaborativelyorindependentlywithminimalsupervision.Theyworkinpartnershipwithteamsacrossthecompanyandplayacriticalroleinshapingnewtalent.

ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providehands-ondesignandproductdevelopmentsupportacrossthelifecycleofassignedprojects.
  • Supportthecreationofdetailedproductspecifications,digitalrenderings,andpresentationmaterialswhileadheringtoestablishedtimelinesandproductiongoals.
  • WorkcloselywithDesigners,Merchandising,Sourcing,Packaging,andGraphicsteamstohelpbringproductsfromconceptthroughexecution,ensuringaccuracy,organization,andconsistencythroughouttheprocess.
  • Assistwithpreparingproductsforpresentation,photoshoots,tradeshows,andshipment,whilealsotrackingcompetitiveofferingsandresearchingmarkettrendstosupportinformeddesigndecisions.

Theexpectedsalaryrangeforthispositionis$70,000to$75,000annually. Actualcompensationwillbedeterminedbasedonexperience,skills,internalequity,andotherfactorspermittedbylaw.
