A home builder is responsible for overseeing the construction of residential homes from start to finish. They manage all aspects of the building process, including site selection, design, obtaining permits, hiring subcontractors, and ensuring that construction meets local building codes and standards. Home builders coordinate with architects, suppliers, and clients to deliver a finished home that meets the client's needs and budget. Their role is crucial in turning architectural plans into safe, livable spaces.
