Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented project manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams effectively, ensuring quality standards are met, and adhering to all safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of construction management, making a tangible impact on infrastructure development and building excellence.


Job locations range from Scarborough to Kittery


Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to align project objectives and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor safety protocols rigorously, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations across the site.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify work accuracy and quality control.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews to optimize productivity while maintaining high safety standards.
  • Utilize construction management software or similar tools for project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
  • Oversee project budgeting, cost control measures, and contract management to keep projects on track financially.
  • Enforce strict adherence to construction protocols including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.

  • Experience

    • Proven experience supervising construction sites with a strong background in residential custom building.
    • Demonstrated management skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively in fast-paced environments.
    • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and certification requirements for construction sites.
    • Hands-on experience in project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and quality control processes.
    • Ability to read complex blueprints and schematics accurately while ensuring compliance with technical specifications.

  • Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
