This remote position is rooted in a telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with and support clients from the comfort of your own home. As a member of our team, you will enjoy the autonomy of setting your own availability, with no minimum number of hours required. Our supportive infrastructure ensures that you can focus on providing excellent care while significantly reducing administrative burdens like billing and scheduling, as these are handled by our dedicated support teams.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions tailored to clients’ needs, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, prioritizing their health goals and individual circumstances.
• Lead and facilitate various group therapy sessions focused on recovery from alcohol dependency and related issues.
• Promote client participation in community recovery support options, including AA and Smart Recovery, to enhance their treatment experience.
• Ensure regular communication with the Clinical Operations Team to align treatment with best practices and organizational goals.
• Opt to create insightful content in collaboration with our Content Manager, enriching the community's resources.
• Participate in monthly peer group meetings to share insights and strategies with fellow clinicians, fostering professional development.
• Maintain appropriate continuing education to stay updated with the latest practices in mental health treatment.

• A current and valid LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience and training in applying CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Treatment methods.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients empathetically.
• Familiarity with community recovery support resources relevant to alcohol misuse.

• Experience with telehealth service provision and remote counseling.
• Previous involvement in collaborative treatment planning and client advocacy.
• Knowledge about contemporary research and methodologies related to substance abuse treatment.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, supplemented by a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
