• Conduct weekly evidence-based video therapy sessions for individual adult clients, employing therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to continuously monitor client progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.
• Document all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately within the electronic health record system.
• Participate in continuing education and training programs, staying current with best practices in the field of mental health counseling.

Your caseload will primarily consist of adults seeking help for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, substance use disorders, and stress management. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• You must hold an unrestricted and fully licensed status to practice in the state of California, including qualifications such as:

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Ability to make informed clinical evaluations and develop treatment recommendations based on client needs.
