  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a remote, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience designing or implementing automated, digitally enabled, or AIsupported processes as part of continuous improvement or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in large, multisite or regional organizations.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and seniorlevel stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong financial acumen, including benefit validation and ROI tracking.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar platforms).

Key Competencies

  • Resultsdriven mindset with disciplined execution
  • Innovative, forwardthinking approach to process design
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and professionalism
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with handson delivery
