Are you passionate about helping individuals and families find their rental property they can safely call home? Upfrnt USA Inc is seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist prospective tenants in finding the perfect rental property that meets their needs and budget.
  • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms.
  • Process rental applications, conduct credit and background checks, and assist with lease agreements.
  • Respond to inquiries from current tenants regarding lease renewals, maintenance requests, and general property information.
  • Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to ensure a positive living experience for all residents.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
