• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care by integrating insights from various professionals involved in clients' treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and state regulations to protect client confidentiality.

Your primary focus will be on assisting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who may have limited access to quality mental health care. You will encounter a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.
• Strong awareness of legal and ethical standards affecting mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients from varying walks of life.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software and related digital tools is preferred.

• Specialization or significant experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet client needs will be beneficial.
