You will utilize secure video technology to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring a confidential and comfortable atmosphere for clients. • Conduct thorough assessments via video consultations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients work through various conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.
• Establish and track measurable goals in collaboration with clients, reviewing progress and adapting treatment strategies accordingly.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to cultivate a collaborative work environment and share insights on best practices.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse adult population, addressing a wide array of mental health issues. • Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Licensing: You must possess a state-issued independent license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW). Provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed clinical evaluations and offer sound recommendations for treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a genuine empathy for client experiences.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience in providing telehealth services or remote therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with diverse cultural backgrounds and an understanding of the impact of culture on mental health.
• Previous experience working in a team environment within a mental health setting is a plus.
