You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who seek guidance in managing mild to moderate mental health concerns. Your role will focus on therapeutic approaches that enhance their well-being and quality of life.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without the need for supervision.
• No disciplinary actions on record, demonstrating a commitment to ethical standards in professional practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in using technology for therapy sessions.
• Stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection for uninterrupted patient consultations.

• Experience in telehealth counseling, demonstrating adaptability and comfort with virtual platforms.
• Background in working with diverse populations, understanding the nuances in cultural and social factors that affect mental health.
• Previous experience developing customized treatment plans and assessing client progress effectively.
