Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new clients to evaluate their emotional and psychological status, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that resonate with clients' unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family support sessions, and group workshops, promoting client engagement and growth.
• Regularly monitor clients’ progress toward treatment goals, revising treatment plans as needed to address emerging issues or changes in client circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring that clients receive immediate support during challenging times.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health specialists, to deliver integrated care for our clients.
• Commit to continuous professional development by staying abreast of updates in mental health practices, participating in workshops, and engaging in peer supervision.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines as stipulated by relevant licensing authorities and professional organizations, ensuring that client welfare remains paramount.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist at Tranquil Oasis, you will work with a diverse client base, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. Our clients often present with a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW), ensuring your qualifications meet state requirements.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, enabling effective client evaluations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Empathy and compassion in client interactions, prioritizing their well-being and needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related field, specializing in therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
