As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll assist members across the United States with scheduling transportation to medical appointments. Every call helps someone access essential healthcare services, making this a meaningful role with real impact.

We are seeking dependable, compassionate individuals who enjoy helping others, providing excellent customer service, and working in a structured remote environment.

What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound customer service calls professionally and courteously
  • Schedule, update, and confirm transportation requests for medical appointments
  • Assist members with ride changes, cancellations, and general questions
  • Verify trip information and eligibility using company systems
  • Communicate with transportation providers and healthcare facilities as needed
  • Accurately document customer interactions and trip details
  • Resolve concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
