• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively treat mood disorders.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.

This role primarily involves working with individuals facing disruption in their emotional well-being and functioning due to mood disorders, including those affected by depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder. The LMFT will work with a diverse clientele, including children and adults from varied socioeconomic backgrounds, emphasizing cultural competence and sensitivity in therapeutic practices.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
