Work Environment

This position is designed for a fully remote work setting. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will operate from the comfort of your own home while utilizing innovative technology to conduct video sessions. Our outpatient office supports a robust virtual infrastructure, allowing you seamless access to counseling resources while encouraging effective communication with clients. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and ethical individual mental health counseling through virtual platforms, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each individual's unique needs, promoting positive therapeutic outcomes.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and actively monitor progress throughout the counseling process.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their feelings, experiences, and relationship dynamics, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
• Guide clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms and strategies, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve stable, low acuity adults presenting with a range of mental health issues. Your role is crucial in addressing these clients’ needs, helping them articulate their goals, overcome challenges, and develop practical strategies for improvement. The diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients add richness to your counseling practice, allowing you to employ a variety of approaches and techniques.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, state-issued mental health counseling license enabling independent practice. We do not offer counselor supervision, so candidates should be fully licensed.
• Licensure options include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted. Candidates must have no history of disciplinary actions on their license.

Preferred Experience

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Strong technological proficiency, including experience with telehealth services and remote counseling systems.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is preferred but not necessarily required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus to successfully onboard candidates looking to make a significant impact within our organization.
