Job Description
  • A business analyst is needed to help complete the implementation of the Assessment and Taxes Project.
  • The new property tax system will replace the mainframe which processes all of the property tax payments.
  • Define technical and business requirements for interfaces between existing systems and the new windows based property tax system.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements; experience planning
  • and facilitating requirements gathering sessions; experience translating business and technical requirements into high-level design documents.
  • Process flows, documented requirements, high-level design documents.
