Position Summary

As a Production Operator, you'll work hands-on with a collaborative team at the center of our factory processes. You'll train in several functional areas within the manufacturing environment so you can provide support across our production teams. With safety top of mind, you'll ensure that our equipment and machinery remain in top-notch condition as you use your quick problem-solving skills to address equipment needs throughout the operation day. Discover our operations through the lens of different shifts and functions, as you work with industry experts in each of the different areas of manufacturing in this role.

  • Safely operate production equipment, including fork truck, packing lines, and processing equipment.
  • Perform quality checks and meet product specifications.
  • Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
  • Perform sanitation duties and material handling.
  • Safely and efficiently operate, troubleshoot, and make minor repairs on operating equipment, using lock out procedures as prescribed.
  • Utilize computer technology to effectively perform job duties.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, agriculture, warehouse, military or related environment.

Other

  • Must be open and available to work nights and/or weekends.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $25.74 an hour for Operator E rate. The pay progression plan follows: Operator D $27.18, Operator C $30.56, Operator B $38.67. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
