As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and craft effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions that encourage healing, growth, and recovery.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, measuring their progress and adapting treatment as necessary.
• Document all sessions and maintain accurate client records to comply with ethical guidelines and promote effective care delivery.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, enhancing your clinical skills and remaining informed about current trends in mental health.

Your clients will include individuals facing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will work with families and couples to help them navigate complex dynamics and improve their relationships, offering a safe and supportive space for healing and communication.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to navigate caseload demands effectively.

While not mandatory, experience in addiction treatment or working with diverse populations will be considered an asset. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies is highly beneficial as we embrace technology in our practice.
