Job description

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Marine Technician with at least two years of hands-on experience in the repair, maintenance, and servicing of boats and marine equipment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marine systems, engines, and electrical components, with the ability to diagnose and fix issues quickly and efficiently. This role requires a passion for the marine industry, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various marine vessels, including engines, electrical systems, propulsion systems, and onboard electronics.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in boats and watercraft, providing accurate assessments and cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance, such as oil changes, battery checks, and replacing filters, to ensure boats are in optimal operating condition.
  • Repair and replace damaged or malfunctioning parts, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
  • Install and configure marine equipment, including GPS systems, navigation devices, radios, and other electronic systems.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding boat operation, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation for each vessel serviced.

Requirements:
