Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Java Automation and DevOps Engineer to convert Java/JEE applications to Maven and transition projects to GitHub. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Automation and Operations teams to streamline deployments and enhance project management through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert Eclipse/RAD compliant projects to Maven-based projects.
  • Utilize GitHub Actions for building and publishing projects.
  • Automate deployments to WebSphere Application Server.
  • Write and maintain shell and Jython scripts in a Unix environment.
  • Ensure adherence to security policies regarding contractor residency.
