Job description

BCBA Center and Home Based

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team at Yellow Bus ABA and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a BCBA, you will work collaboratively with our team of professionals and families to design individualized behavioral plans, conduct assessments, and provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians. If you are passionate about helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians
• Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
• Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
• Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
• Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• BCBA certification
• NYS LBA
• Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth
• Adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Committed to working full-time
• Able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development

$80,000 - $125,000 annually
