• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and specialized rehabilitation equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed to consistently meet therapeutic goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient treatments, progress reports, and adjustments to care plans to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Provide guidance and training to patients, their families, and caregivers on exercise regimens and the use of assistive devices to maximize independence and safety.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and networking to enhance your skills and keep abreast of industry advancements.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological disorders, sports injuries, and other conditions requiring rehabilitation services. Your expertise will address a range of physical therapy needs, from mobility challenges to pain management, ensuring that each patient receives the most effective, personalized care possible. Your role will adapt to the individual nuances of each case to help patients achieve their maximum potential and regain their independence.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapy state license in New Jersey.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective patient interaction.
• Proficient in word processing and digital documentation systems to manage patient records.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with a diverse range of patients and their families.
• A proactive, flexible approach to patient care, with an ability to adjust treatments based on ongoing assessments.

While prior experience is not mandatory, a minimum of two years in a clinical setting is preferred. Candidates who have worked in home health environments or with similar patient demographics will find this experience beneficial.
