In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating patients referred by physicians, taking thorough assessments to identify specific physical therapy needs.
• Designing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique requirements and recovery goals.
• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities and exercises to enhance patient recovery, ensuring adherence to the treatment protocols set forth by physicians.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary based on evaluations and outcomes.
• Training and educating patients and their caregivers about their conditions and how to manage them effectively.
• Contributing to a multidisciplinary approach by coordinating with a broader team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Meeting established utilization goals and actively contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

The diverse patient populations you will work with include individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, pediatric patients with developmental challenges, neurologic cases, and those needing sports medicine rehabilitation. This variety not only enriches your professional experience but allows you to employ a wide range of therapeutic techniques and support across multiple specialties, ensuring personalized care aligned with each patient’s recovery journey.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and caregivers.
• Proficiency in word processing and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• A patient-centered approach that prioritizes relationship-building, allowing for customized goal-setting and treatment experiences.
• A collaborative mindset, ready to work alongside fellow healthcare providers for comprehensive patient support.

A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting is required, preferably with exposure to home care environments or diverse rehabilitation specialties. Candidates with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and those currently licensed by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee are especially encouraged to apply. Current CPR certification is also a must.

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
