Current Shifts Available:
  • Monday - Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM |$20-$22 per hour
  • Monday - Friday | 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM |$20-$22 per hour
  • Monday - Thursday| 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM |$20-$22 per hour
  • Friday - Monday | 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM |$22-$24 per hour

You'll be the first voice our customers hear-answering calls, scheduling service appointments, and helping ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. What You'll Do:
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, availability, and location
  • Help customers with questions about services, pricing, and appointments
  • Communicate clearly with field technicians to ensure seamless service
  • Troubleshoot minor customer issues and document all interactions
  • Follow up after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and invoicing
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with patience and a problem-solving mindset

What You Bring:
  • Prior customer service experience, especially in a fast-paced or service-driven industry
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
